Wanted – Test Lab Software Engineer/Technician
This hands-on position integrates many fields including: Instrumentation, AC and DC Motors, Process Control, Panel Design, PLC and Data Acquisition Programming, Troubleshooting and Documentation. The industrial test lab environment gives the control engineer the flexibility to see product through from concept through design, build, startup and running. Projects include new test rig design and build as well as existing test system upgrades.
Requirements:
- BS Engineering (ME, EE, CE, SE) or AS Engineering Technology
- PLC, HMI and Data Acquisition software programming experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Minimal travel (less than 10%)
Desirable (not required):
- Industrial Controls design experience
- Ability to read and create electrical control prints/specifications and Piping & Instrument Diagrams [P&ID]
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70E Standards for Electrical Safety in the Workplace
- 2D CAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical)
- LabVIEW programming experience
- AC and DC motor controls experience
- Industrial Networks experience
Dimensional Inspector Wanted

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Inspector at Stein Seal Company in Harleysville, PA. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections, implementing quality management processes, performing quality audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Quality Control, Inspection, and Quality Auditing skills
- Experience with CMM
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Experience with precision measurement tools and equipment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Relevant certification in quality assurance is a plus
Production Planner and Scheduler Wanted
Plan, schedule and monitor movement of jobs on the Shop Floor for major customers on our portfolio. Responsibilities also include providing updates to the customer on a regular basis and communication between all levels of the company: Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality, to ensure the final product moves on the commit date. At the minimum, potential candidates should have previous Planning or Manufacturing Supervision experience. Degrees in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field would be recommended.
Required:
- Evaluate and Manage inventory levels for assigned products.
- Provide updates to the Customer on a regular basis in regards to ship dates, potential slip in ship dates, and future 3 month forecasting.
- Plan and Release shop orders to the shop floor on a timely basis to ensure consistent flow of material.
- Monitor jobs that are needed for current and future orders and coordinate with Production Supervisors when pull-ins are needed.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors on Assembly orders to ensure alignment with Customer commit schedule.
- Monitor jobs that are at outside suppliers and communicate to the Purchasing Manager when jobs are slipping or if pull-ins or expedites are needed.
- Coordinate with fellow planners when a job is being completed in a shared resource.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering when processes need to be corrected or updated on the shop floor.
- Notify and recommend schedule changes to the Program Manager when there are delays due to: Material/Labor Shortages, Defects, or Backlogs when necessary.
- Identify problems in the short and long term to mitigate any issues with the customer.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication – both Verbal and Written with all levels Internal and External.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent Excel Skills – Macro/Pivot Table Analysis
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or a related field or qualified amount of time of work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Project Management or related field
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Environment and Quality Practices
- Familiar with Purchase Orders, Customer Invoicing and other operational areas within manufacturing environment

- Knowledgeable in cutting tool selection, speeds/feeds.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good working knowledge of various metals.
Required experience:
- 10 years manual machining experience
Hours are: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM *overtime available

CNC Machinist Associates (+10% 2nd shift differential)
Stein Seal is a growing seal manufacturer. We are seeking multiple skilled CNC machinists for its two facilities in Kulpsville PA and Telford PA . Work includes making components for aircraft engines, industrial and even rocket applications. Equipment includes late model Haas, Okuma, Doosan and other name brands of equipment. We have two locations. One is located 1/2 mile from the Lansdale exit of the turnpike, the other is less than a mile from an exit of 309.
Responsibilities:
Shifts:
1st Shift M-F 7am -3:30pm ~ 2nd Shift: M-T 5:30pm-2am and Friday 3:30pm – 12am (Overtime is usually available)
- Set up and operate various CNC machines: CNC Mill, lathe, grinder and multi-axis machines
- Interpret blueprints, manuals and GDT symbols
- Math skills (Proficient)
- Knowledge of working with various type of metals
- Take measurement and determine correctness using: CMMs, micrometer, depth gages, etc.
- Engage and embrace good manufacturing and safety practices
- Complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Trade Certificate or 2+ years of experience in operating CNC Machines
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player who is willing to help their peers as well as having an open mind to new ideas or ways of completing projects
- Excellent communication skills
