The Stein Seal Quality Management System ensures Customer Satisfaction through an Organization offering Products and Services to our Aerospace and Nuclear Customers that demonstrate our capability to produce, and continually improve, safe, reliable products that meet or exceed our customer demands and requirements. Stein Seal’s QMS is structured to fully outline the responsibilities, procedures, processes and required resources which sustains a management effort to determine and enforce quality principles. The QMS enables us to achieve our goals and objectives set out in our Policy and Corporate Strategy.

Stein Seal utilizes multiple Manufacturing Special Process Systems including Braze, NADCAP approved in-house Welding, Heat Treat, various Platings, Coatings, NADCAP approved Nonconventional Machining and Laser Part Marking, Flame Spray & NDT.
The Stein Seal Quality and Inspection Departments encompass a Team of skilled Engineers, Technicians, Inspectors and Support Personnel, qualified and trained to ensure our Parts conform to design specifications and industry standards and are involved throughout the complete Manufacturing Life Cycle. This includes Risk Management, Production Process Verification (First Article Inspection), Process Control and Validation, In-Process and Final Inspection (utilizing advanced inspection equipment which includes up to (22) CMM’s – Coordinate Measuring Machines) , Measurement Traceability (Calibration), Identification and Traceability Control, On-going Training, Internal Audits, Customer and Regulatory Audits, the Satisfaction of all Customer Requirements for Product Release, Customer Communication, Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions and improving the effectiveness of the QMS.
